As a comprehensive public-interest platform, it integrates six functions—policy access, standards study, carbon accounting tools, case references, a materials library and resource matching—to tackle three pain points: difficult standards inquiry, missing tools and methods, and weak resource matching, helping the industry go green through a one-stop service.
