Namibia Chamber of Mines Annual Expo Opens with Record 222 Exhibitors and 397 Sold-Out Stands

The 13th Chamber of Mines of Namibia Annual Expo and Conference was held from August 4 to 6 at Windhoek Showgrounds, setting a new record.

This year's edition featured 222 exhibitors (up 14% year-on-year) with all 397 stands sold out (up 21%). Among them, 18 were from SADC countries, 6 were international exhibitors, and 46 were first-time participants.

The theme "From Dialogue to Delivery" focused on assessing the actual progress of mining-driven economic growth and job creation since the Namibia Public-Private Forum (NamPPF). The expo was free and open to the public, providing an important business matchmaking platform for mining equipment suppliers, technology service providers and investors.
